Day three: Constitutional Court rejects all Gakharia for Georgia motions in party-ban case
On 23 October, day three of the case to ban five opposition parties, the court rejected requests to postpone by a month, to recuse judge Sergo Metopishvili and to call Ivanishvili and Kobakhidze as witnesses. Hearings resume on 26 October; a ruling is due by 24 June 2027.
