Two minors charged in Tbilisi with preparing an attack on a school
The Prosecutor's Office says two minors were charged under Article 225 with preparing organised group violence. According to the Interior Ministry, they met online and planned to place a fake explosive device outside a Tbilisi school and attack people inside with weapons. One is in pre-trial custody; a court will rule on the other.
